			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Většina sportující populace se snaží držet standardního doporučení: sportujte alespoň 30 min. a to minimálně 3 dny v týdnu. Odborníci však zjistili, že k lepší motivaci jednotlivých osob postačí 15 min. pohybové aktivity a to každý den.</p>

<p>Pro spousty lidí je totiž velmi obtížné dodržet minimální 30 minutový interval intenzivního cvičení a nejsou tak vůbec schopni přinutit se k samotnému cvičení, proto se vědci snažili zkrátit dobu tréninku na polovinu. Vedoucí výzkumu Chi Wen Pang z Národního Thajského výzkumného institutu pro zdraví tvrdí, že tělesná fitness aktivita (rychlá chůze, běh apod.) prováděná denně po dobu 15 min. může mít pozitivní vliv na naše zdraví. Wen a jeho kolegové, kteří publikovali své výsledky v lékařském časopise „The Lancet“, sledovali více než 416 tisíc účastníků a to po dobu 13 let. U sledovaných osob analyzovali každý rok jejich úroveň fyzické kondice, zdravotní stav apod. Sledované osoby byly ve velmi dobrém zdravotním stavu. Chi Wen Pang a jeho kolegové zjistili, že prvních 15 minut cvičení má velmi pozitivní dopad na naše zdraví, ne jenomže prodlouží u zdravých a aktivně sportujících osob život o několik let, ale takové pravidelné denní cvičení snižuje výskyt onemocnění rakoviny a metabolických chorob.</p>

<p><strong>Začněte s chůzí</strong><br />
Chůze je vhodnou fitness aktivitou, pro ženy, které v době těhotenství nabraly nadbytečná kila. Nadváha při klasickém běhu má negativní dopad na klouby, proto je ideální začít s chůzí. Samozřejmě, že se nejedná o nedělní procházku v parku. Je potřeba svižné chůze alespoň 40 min. cca 4 krát týdně.</p>
<p><strong>Přejděte na běh</strong><br />
Pokud jste při pravidelné chůzi zaznamenaly ztrátu hmotnosti, můžete přejít pozvolna na běh. Při běhu lze spálit více kalorií, avšak je potřeba dbát na aktuální zdravotní stav a taky fyzickou kondici. Začněte s krátkou vzdáleností, a čím více budete získávat na kondici, tím více můžete přidávat na intenzitě a vzdálenosti běhu.</p>
<p><strong>Choďte plavat i s dítětem</strong><br />
Další výbornou fitness aktivitou je plávání. Při plávání lze spálit za 1 hodinu až 590 kalorií. Existují různé plavecké kurzy pro matky s dítětem, kterých se můžete účastnit.</p>
<p><strong>Jezděte na kole popř. doma na rotopedu</strong><br />
Při mateřské dovolené se dá jezdit i na kole, hlavně když je venku příznivé počasí. Jízda na kole je výbornou fyzickou fitness aktivitou. Během zimního období a nepříznivého počasí v letních měsících, můžete používat rotoped.</p>

<p>Možnou příčinou těchto potíži může být nedostatek spánku. Přemýšlejte o faktorech, které mohou narušit vaši klidnou noc: stres v zaměstnání, potíže v partnerském vztahu apod. I když možná nebudete moci kontrolovat všechny faktory, které negativně ovlivňuji váš spánek, můžete přijmout zvyky, které lepší spánek podporují. Začněte s těmito jednoduchými tipy.</p>
<p><strong>Držte se spánkového plánu</strong><br />
Jděte spát a vstávejte denně ve stejnou dobu jak ve všední den tak i o víkendech, svátcích. Pravidelný spánkový režim napomáhá k lepšímu nočnímu spánku.</p>
<p><strong>Dávejte pozor na to, co jíte a pijete</strong><br />
Nechoďte spát ani hladový, ale zase ani s plným žaludkem. Věnujte pozornost nápojům, které před spánkem pijete. Nápoje by neměly obsahovat žádné stimulanty jako kofein apod. To samé platí i u pití alkoholu, nejprve požití alkoholu způsobí ospalost, potom však jeho účinky narušují kvalitní spánek.</p>
<p><strong>Vytvořte si rituál před spaním</strong><br />
Dělejte každý večer před spaním stejné věci: čtěte si oblíbenou knihu, poslouchejte uklidňující hudbu apod. Buďte opatrní při používání televizoru a počítače. Některé výzkumy naznačují, že u některých osob může usínání při televizoru narušit spánek.</p>
<p><strong>Udělejte si pohodlí</strong><br />
Vytvořte si místnost, která je ideální na spaní: vhodný odstín barev na stěně, teplota v místnosti, pohodlná kvalitní matrace a polštář, zkrátka tak abyste měli maximální pohodlí.</p>
<p><strong>Zbytečně neodpočívejte během dne</strong><br />
Během dne je potřeba být aktivní a zbytečně neodpočívat maximálně na pár desítek minut zavřít oči a relaxovat určitě ne však pospávat. I takové spaní během dne může narušit noční spánek.</p>
<p><strong>Sportujte každý den</strong><br />
Pravidelná fyzická fitness aktivita může podpořit lepší spánek. Sportovní aktivity provádějte v průběhu dne, není vhodné sportovat v pozdních večerních hodinách. Sportování v pozdních večerních hodinách může naopak narušit kvalitní spánek.</p>
<p><strong>Pokuste se zvládat stres</strong><br />
Máte-li příliš mnoho práce v zaměstnání a přemýšlíte nad prací i doma, tak to může být další z příčin narušení nočního spánku. Je potřeba naplánovat práci pouze na den a neuvažovat předem co budete dělat druhý. Je dobré zaznamenat vše do poznámkového bloku a s odchodem ze zaměstnání přesměrovat myšlenky jinam. Zajděte s přáteli na kávu, navštivte sportovní zařízení apod.</p>
<p>Pokud tento doporučený režim vaše potíže se spánkem nezlepší, nezbude vám nic jiného než vyhledat odbornou lékařskou pomoc.</p>

<p>Jedním takovým novoročním předsevzetím bývá shodit nadbytečná kila a začít žít zdravěji. Zde je několik rad jak začít se cvičením.</p>

Kontrola aktuálního zdravotního stavu je velmi důležitá, aby se předešlo zdravotním komplikacím při sportování. Stačí navštívit praktického lékaře, který vám na základě vyšetření vyhodnotí aktuální zdravotní stav.</p>
<p><strong>Poraďte se s odborníkem</strong><br />
Před zahájením tréninku je vhodné oslovit instruktora, který vás naučí správné a technické provádění cviků, pomůže s tréninkovým plánem a nastaví zátěž dle vašeho aktuálního zdraví.</p>

Noste takové sportovní oblečení, ve kterém se budete cítit pohodlně.</p>

<p>Kasein je druh bílkoviny, který je přítomen v mléce savců. Kasein tvoří přibližně 80% bílkoviny v kravském mléce. Přibližně 60-65% kaseinové bílkoviny je obsaženo v mateřském mléce. Kasein obsahuje velmi významný podíl aminokyselin, sacharidů, vápníku a fosforu. Tyto živiny jsou velmi důležité pro správný růst a regeneraci svalů, kostí. Bílkoviny taky udržují zdravou pokožku a podporují zdravý růst vlasů a nehtů. Některé z potravin s obsahem kaseinu jsou uvedeny níže:</p>

<p>Kaseinové bílkoviny také nacházejí uplatnění v doplňkové výživě, kterou používají fitness nadšenci, kulturisté, siloví trojbojaři apod. Kaseinové bílkoviny zajišťují trvalé pomalé uvolňovaní aminokyselin do krevního řečiště, tím pádem jsou svaly stále vyživovány a snižuje se riziko rozpadu svalové hmoty.</p>

<p>Šedá mozková hmota je tvořena až 100 milióny buňkami, které spotřebují až čtvrtinu energetického výdeje našeho organismu. V době nadměrného stresu (např. práce na projektu v zaměstnání, příprava studentů na zkoušky apod.), může dojít v určitém okamžiku k vyčerpání, což znamená ztrátu koncentrace. V takovém okamžiku je potřeba příjem vhodným potravin, aby došlo k energetické obnově a zlepšení činnosti mozku. V dnešním krátkém příspěvku se dozvíte jaké vhodné potraviny konzumovat, aby došlo ke zlepšení činnosti mozku.</p>
<p>Med: obsahuje směs vitamínů, minerálů, bio-hormonů a enzymů, které mohou stimulovat myšlení. Užívejte denně dvě lžíce medu po snídani.</p>
<p>Ryby a mořské plody: obsahují aminokyseliny, z nichž organismus může syntetizovat noradrenalin a dopamin. Konzumujte ryby alespoň 3 krát týdně.</p>
<p>Sója: obsahuje vysoký podíl vitamínu B1 a lecitinu. Lecitin zlepšuje paměť a nedostatek vitamínu B1 je často spojován s psychickým vyčerpáním. Konzumujte denně 100g sóji nebo vypijte dvě sklenice sojového mléka.</p>
<p>Banány: jsou výborné pro zlepšení paměti, protože obsahují aminokyselinu L-Triptofan, která hraje klíčovou roli při produkci Serotoninu (hormonu štěstí). Konzumujte alespoň jeden banán za den.</p>
<p>Čili papriky: jsou bohaté na vitamín C a taky obsahují látku Kapsaicin, která odstraňuje pocit vyčerpanosti, zlepšuje paměť a jiné mozkové funkce. Konzumujte jednu čili papričku za den.</p>
<p>Česnek: je k nezaplacení, protože stimuluje krevní oběh a tím pádem zvyšuje prokrvení tkání a okysličení mozku. Konzumujte alespoň půl stroužku česneku denně.</p>

<p>Kettler je společnost s dlouholetou tradicí. Firma byla založena Heinzem Kettlerem v roce 1949 a sídlila nedaleko města Dortmund. Z počátku vyráběla firma Kettler podnosy a nádobí z hliníku. Tehdy nesla společnost název Ketpa. Počátkem šedesátých let však firma výrobu nádobí a podnosů ukončila. Přeorientovala se na výrobu kempového náčiní: výroba lihových vařičů, kempových stolů apod. Postupem času začala rozšiřovat výrobu o zahradní nábytek a dokonce zhotovila i dětskou motokáru. Začátkem osmdesátých let se firma Kettler přeorientovala na výrobu fitness zařízení (běžecké pásy, eliptické trenažéry, rotopedy, steppery, posilovací věže, posilovací lavice, činky a různé sportovní náčiní), což jí vydrželo až dodnes. Německá kvalita a spokojenost zákazníků firmu Kettler proslavila nejen v Evropě, ale taky za oceánem. V současné době firma distribuuje své špičkové zboží do šedesáti zemí na celém světě.</p>
